This FREE 4-class series will give you skills to shop, cook, and eat nutritious food on a budget. Lessons will be pre-recorded so you can watch them at your convenience, and will be followed by a live Q&A after the last class on 12/21/20 via Zoom for discussions. Lessons focus on building a balanced plate, incorporating more fruits and vegetables into meals and snacks, eating more whole grains, and getting a variety of sources of protein. Each lesson features a recipe demo.
All paticipants will receive a colorful cookbook with 24 healthy, low cost recipes and nutritional tips!

The technology requirements for this class are a good internet connection and a tablet, a smartphone, a laptop, or a desktop computer with a microphone and camera.
