Join Upstream Cobbossee’s team of leading environmental activists and master naturalists along Cobbossee Stream in downtown Gardiner on three Saturday mornings in October.
First, we’ll explore the rich history of the watershed and stream beginning 1000 years ago to today; the second morning participants will investigate the state of the stream, its wildlife, remaining dams and industrial relics: and, on our third morning, we’ll look to the future and how to restore native sea-run fish to the Cobbosseecontee Watershed while they are still blocked by dams.
