In this one session you will learn how to make feta and paneer cheese. Both are wonderfully versatile. Feta is usually made with goat milk. However, if you do not have a resident goat, Diana will also show you how to make a delicious feta using cow milk. Paneer is a acid curd cheese which is a staple in India. It has a delicious, creamy flavor which reminds one of mozzarella and baked ricotta. There are so many ways to use it! It can be crumbled, fried, sliced and cubed. It can also be stuffed into bread, mixed with fresh herbs, put into salads, soups, main dishes and much more. Best of all, it is easy to make using common kitchen tools. You can do it yourself from home.
