Traditional Chinese Medicine, like most other indigenous healing practices, has treated illnesses and discomforts through the correspondence of organs, body tissues, senses, and emotions with the elements of Wood, Water, Earth, Metal, and Fire. These elements align with points on the magnetic compass and form a medicine wheel similar to those found in other cultures. Learn how to read your body and its relationship to the natural world to experience this form of self-healing.
