Anyone can learn yoga! This is a yoga class for those new to yoga or those wanting a basic flow class. This class introduces foundational yoga postures, teaches you how to breathe, introduces stretching techniques, and helps you feel more comfortable in the yoga practice. This class will move at a slower pace to help the individual feel the benefits of the yoga poses. Expect to be challenged both mentally and physically. Dress in comfy clothes and get out your yoga mat. This class will either run virtually or possibly in person as the date grows near it will be based on COVID 19 regulations.
*Please provide a current working email address when registering for this course. This class will occur via ZOOM, Google Meets, or WebEx and you will be sent a link prior to the first night of class. The technology requirements for this class are a good internet connection and a ISO device or a computer with a microphone and camera.
